Hi everyone! Here's a tickle fic sneak peak for SethoScara! Sorry I can paste it directly here. I'm on vacation for two weeks so I'm not going to be at my computer.

Yes, that is an iPod Touch 2nd Generation that I'm writing the fic on :) I'm trying new ways to make it easier and more fun to write. (And to detach from my phone 😅)

I'm thinking for this writing, it will be two parts, if not three, so 🥳

Below is a thank you to you all for engaging with my blog ❤️ and my change in leaving comments on other tk writers fics to encourage myself to read more 📖

I also want to thank everyone who asks for requests or posts/submit tickle ideas like headcanons. This isn't limited to my blog but everywhere where tickling applies. We essentially bounce ideas off one another and either writers, artists, readers/viewers, and others will do something with those ideas and make something out of it.

It also helped me grow as a writer. Knowing I have an audience makes me feel good and confident about myself, so I want to thank you all :)

And on top of that, reading other tickle fics and looking at tickle art is really what got me here in the first place, so thank you to those who have inspired me to get this far.

I will be honest, I fell off reading tickle fics ever since I started the blog. The reason being is I have this rule in me to give comments to every fic I read and I dread it. I know the power of comments and I want to provide detailed comments and all that, but to me, commenting in large amounts takes the joy out of reading and most of the time, I just want to enjoy the feeling of reading and the imagery I get from reading. To add on to that, my one of my irl friends read one of my fics and just gave me a simple "I like your writing with these two and their laughter is conveyed so well with the GAHAHA," and to me that simple comment just filled me up with joy and made me realize you don't need to go over the top in leaving a comment for someone. It might be better to keep it simple like "I love your work." Simple words like that have a big and meaningful impact that's hard to describe.

So, to get back to reading tickle fics and reblogging what I read, I'll limit my comments to either one or two sentences or none at all. Doesn't mean I don't like it or anything it's just either I don't have the time or not feel like commenting BUT I really do care and like your work! If you want comments, feel free to ask me what I think and I'll write something up.

I hope you all understand my thought process on that. And thank you for sticking around till the end, I appreciate it ❤️😊.

there’s just smth so… healing abt sethoscara.

as someone who also deals with immense trauma, let me explain:

first of all - as much as i love kazuscara as well, im starting to love sethoscara more simply bc of this fact: sethos has no ties whatsoever to wanderer’s past.

like i said above, i also deal with a lot of trauma. it has been very hard to overcome, and i still struggle with it even years after it happened. i do still interact with some of the ppl involved (bc they’re members of my family and i have long forgiven them), but i have met some wonderful ppl who have no ties to my past or trauma whatsoever and being around them without them knowing of said trauma is so… freeing. it’s kind of healing, in a way, too.

it’s like a breath of fresh air when u finally take that step away from those who know about or were involved in ur hurt, and get to know others who are not aware. bc those ppl who are unaware or weren’t there when it happened don’t judge u or see u differently bc of what happened in ur past.

and i think sethos would help wanderer take a step towards healing from all his trauma. sethos isn’t aware of who wanderer was before. he only just met him recently, he’s completely unaware of wanderer’s trauma and his past.

that in and of itself could feel so so so refreshing to wanderer - having someone who doesn’t know a thing and has no ties whatsoever to his previous identity.

nahida is probably helping him heal as well, but she knows. she’s aware. she knew him when he was still scaramouche, the sixth of the fatui harbingers; therefore her thoughts on him are different as opposed to someone who is just meeting wanderer for the very first time and doesn’t know a thing about him.

same goes for the traveler (and paimon technically ig). they know. they have ties to who he was before.

kazuha, although he never met wanderer before the irminsul wipe and is still unaware of his true identity, has ties to wanderer. if they were to meet and kazuha possibly found out abt wanderer’s true identity, it could cause kazuha to judge him based on his previous incarnation instead of his current identity.

but not sethos. sethos judges him not based on who he was before, but who he is at the current moment. and his thoughts on him will be determined based on his current words and actions.

*it’s important to note that i am not trying to start any ship wars or bash on kazuscara - bc frankly, i love kazuscara!! they’re my sillies!! but i am a multishipper, so ofc im going to giggle over sethoscara as well! AND compare their dynamics :))

*i apologize if anything was repetitive, i have a bad habit of repeating things over and over. usually it’s due to a lack of getting my thoughts in order. sigh adhd.

You all really want SethoScara huh? I knew SethoScara is going to be on the top but I didn't know by that much. I thought it would be even across the board and SethoScara a little bit higher. *And* both SethoScara options are neck and neck so wow.

I do have a favorite, though I voted on the other 🙃. My mind changed alright 😭.

Either way, the poll is still on and things can change. To add some context to the SethoScara options, the Tickletober one is going to be lee!Scara who denies being ticklish in front of Durin but Sethos proves him wrong. The other is lee!Sethos and you already got the hint from the dialogue. Also, for the second, I'm going to be trying my hand in spice and aiming for it to be similar, if not better to My Honey ❤️ My Bee.

Honestly Wanderer makes such a good evil ler but also a cute lee that's fun to mess with and put in his place. And with Sethos, he is also a cute lee and a playful ler. It's hard to choose how I should write for the two 😭

Well, hope that helps with the SethoScara options and if what you voted didn't win, all of them will see the light some day (don't like making promises but if I keep loving Genshin as I do now, they will eventually come 😁)

A couple updates.

One, I'm working on a sethoscara fanfic. I missed writing stuff for my characters and the love between the two is going straight to my heart 😭❤️.

I will write Itto and Zhongli when I'm ready. They are two very different personalities, so I'll see how I can work with them.

Second, my summer session is ending. The final is this week, so wish me luck 🤞. Honestly, I keep questioning why I took engineering 😭.
